NDVILC, is a upscale group home that provides residence to young males between the ages of 9-21 with handicap or disability. The purpose of the group home is to empower residents through structure, connection and engagement. The program provides structure, learning, and empowerment through social, mental, emotional and academic life skills. Residents learn to  function with social acuity and emotional intelligence.
